Kelli has been key to CUVM’s success since its inception. She is known for cultivating strong, lasting client relationships nationwide and working closely with examiners to anticipate regulatory changes.

Desario Smith
Director
Leading Innovation & Operational Excellence
Desario joined CUVM in 2017 and quickly advanced through leadership roles. Today, he oversees a team of analysts and manages software development, including system maintenance and upgrades.

Brooke Collins

Empowering Clients Through Training & Compliance
Brooke brings extensive experience from the Financial and Compliance sectors. She leads client demos, sales, and training initiatives, and heads the Review Department responsible for in-house vendor assessments.
